Islamabad: The petitions filed by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf founder chairman and his wife Bushra Bibi against the new NAB inquiry in the Toshahkhana reference have been set for hearing.
According to the details, the objections to NAB’s new inquiry requests against PTI and Bushra Bibi were removed. In the Islamabad High Court, the objections of the registrar’s office were removed on both the petitions on the issue of NAB’s new inquiry against PTI and Bushra Bibi, the founder of the Toshah Khana NAB investigation.
After the objections were cleared, the Registrar High Court scheduled for hearing the petitions against summon notices in NAB new inquiry of founder PTI and Bushra Bibi, which will be heard by Chief Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri on Wednesday, May 8.
The petitioners have requested the High Court to suspend the summoning notices in the NAB inquiry till the decision on the petitions.
