Contempt of court action should be initiated on malicious campaign, Justice Mohsin
Islamabad: Justice Mohsin Kayani also wrote a letter to take contempt of court action against the malicious campaign.
Another letter has surfaced for contempt of court action over the malicious campaign. Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani wrote a letter of contempt of court to Chief Justice High Court Amir Farooq.
According to the sources, Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani said in the letter that contempt of court action should be initiated on the malicious campaign.

Earlier, Justice Babar Sattar also wrote a letter to Chief Justice Amir Farooq on the issue of social media campaign, after which the Islamabad High Court decided to take contempt of court proceedings against Justice Babar Sattar for campaigning on social media.
The Islamabad High Court had also issued a statement on the social media campaign against Justice Babar Sattar and denied the allegations leveled against him. The social media campaign based on dual citizenship and other allegations against Justice Babar Sattar has become serious.
