Lahore: A high-speed mobile of a law enforcement agency used by the Counter-Terrorism Force (CTD) in the Punjab capital crushed the parents’ only son.
According to details, an 8-year-old child was killed while playing outside the house after being hit by a high-speed vehicle of CTD in Harbans Puri area of Lahore.
Due to high speed, the driver crushed the child and then fled from the spot. The parents are alone and deeply saddened by the sudden death of Rehaan.
In the CCTV footage of the incident received by Express News, it can be seen that after trampling the child under the car, the driver stopped the mobile phone for some time and then fled from there.
There, the police arrested the driver of the mobile van and seized the vehicle, while a request for legal action has also been filed on behalf of the child’s father.
SP Cantt Owais Shafique has said that action will be taken as per the law as soon as the application is received.
