Islamabad: In the Tosha Khana case, Imran Khan’s summoning notice of NAB was challenged in the Islamabad High Court.
In the petition filed in the court, the founder chairman PTI has requested to suspend the call-up notice of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
In the petition filed in the Islamabad High Court against the notice sent by NAB in the case of selling Tosha Khana gifts, it has been held that there cannot be different types of proceedings in the case of the same charge.

Former prime minister and founding chairman PTI Imran Khan has filed an application through lawyer Salman Safdar, in which chairman NAB, superintendent jail and others have been made parties.
It should be noted that a day ago Imran Khan’s wife had also challenged the NAB summons notice in the Islamabad High Court.
