Islamabad: A case has been registered against former Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan for trying to seize the central offices and important documents of Centaurus Mall.
According to Express News, the FIR has been registered by the Deputy Security In-charge of The Centaurs Mall, Colonel (retd) Tipu Sultan, in which Sardar Tanveer Ilyas, Muhammad Ali, Anil Sultan, Rizwan and other unknown accused have been named.
According to the text of the FIR, Sardar Tanveer Ilyas, along with an armed group of 20 to 25 persons, broke into the office at 1708 of Centaurus Mall by breaking the lock and attempted to capture the office, which was foiled by the security guards. He threatened to kill Sardar Yasir Ilyas Khan and Sardar Dr. Rashid Ilyas Khan along with his colleagues.
It is said in the text that these persons tortured the security officer on the security of the office, after receiving the information of the said attack, when we reached the place, Sardar Tanveer Ilyas fired at Colonel (Rtd) Tipu Sultan which missed.
According to the FIR, the accused have taken such action before. Deputy Security In-Charge Colonel (Rtd) Tipu Sultan has demanded immediate action from the police authorities against Sardar Tanveer Ilyas and other accused in the case.
