According to the details, Sessions Judge Waziristan was abducted by unknown persons at the junction of Tank and Dera Ismail Khan at gunpoint and taken away.
According to the police, the kidnappers released the security guard and set fire to the judge’s car.
After receiving the information about the incident, the top police officials reached the spot and blocked the entry and exit routes.
On the other hand, while giving a reaction to the alleged abduction of the session judge, Faisal Karim Kundi, Central Information Secretary of Pakistan People’s Party, said that the abduction of the session judge of Waziristan near Tank is very sad and alarming.

Meanwhile, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sardar Ali Amin Gandapur, taking notice of the abduction of the Sessions Judge, directed the Inspector General of Police to take measures for the safe recovery of the allegedly abducted judge.
The Chief Minister said that measures should be taken on emergency basis to recover the judge and all available resources should be used for this purpose.
Ali Amin Gandapur termed the abduction of the judge as condemnable and sad and said that the elements involved in the incident cannot escape from the grip of the law, the provincial government will take all possible measures to recover the judge.
