Peshawar: Pakhtunkhwa is likely to receive thundershower and wind till April 29.
The Meteorological Department has predicted that most parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province are likely to receive thundershowers and wind during the next 24 hours. This series of rains may continue intermittently till April 29.
PDMA, the provincial body dealing with natural disasters, has informed the district administration about the weather situation.
According to the PDMA report, 79 people were killed and more than 100 injured as a result of the recent rains in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Hundreds of families were rendered homeless as many villages were flooded by the rains. More than 2500 houses were affected by the flood.
