Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court has summoned the SHO along with the record for the alleged death of gang rape accused in F Nine Park of the federal capital.
Chief Justice Islamabad High Court heard the request for judicial inquiry on behalf of the relatives of the deceased. On this occasion, advocate Qazi Adil appeared in the court on behalf of the family members.

The Chief Justice inquired that you went to the Magistrate. If we follow the law a little bit, it’s good, isn’t it? The lawyer asked to whom should we apply for the acquisition of the dead body?, on which the Chief Justice inquired to tell me what authority the High Court has to form a judicial commission? Call the concerned SHO and find out the real facts. Let’s do it.
The Chief Justice remarked that no one wants real justice. Did you advise them to go to the Magistrate? When I was practicing as a lawyer, I used to go from Tehsildar to High Court by myself. I know the whole system because I have been in the field. Unfortunately, lawyers do not give good advice to their clients either.

The Chief Justice said that the importance of black coat is still there today, I am saying this from both positive and negative sides. A black coat going to an SHO is different from a civilian going. We also make mistakes where we take shortcuts. You go to the police station, you go to the magistrate. If you do not get relief from the police station and the magistrate, come to the High Court.
Later, the court summoned the SHO of Golra police station on the next date along with the records.
