Pashau: 5 people including a woman and two girls were injured in the incident of house roof collapse in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa capital Peshawar and Nowshera.
Rescue 1122 said that the roof of a house near Khatko Bridge in Peshawar collapsed and initially two children and a man were buried under the debris, but rescue teams reached the spot and started rescue operations.
He said that Rescue 1122 personnel pulled out the injured from the wreckage and transferred them to Lady Reading Hospital after providing first aid on the spot.
According to Rescue 1122, the injured have been identified as 32-year-old Hamidullah, two-year-old Amad Bibi and 3-year-old Fahmida.
On the other hand, two people, including a woman, were injured when the roof of a dirty room collapsed in the village of Nowshera.
According to the rescue, 45-year-old Arif and his 40-year-old wife Arif Wilai Village Mohalla Mianganu are among the injured.
