According to the details, Development Authority of Lyari has canceled the proposed layout plan and development permit of 25 defaulting societies and residential and commercial projects in its scheme 43 Halkani Township for non-payment of outer development charges.

Among these societies and residential and commercial projects, Gulshan Amir is located on an area of ​​more than 20 acres, Naz Town is located on an area of ​​more than 79 acres, Gulshan Zeenat is located on an area of ​​more than 15 acres, Tapal Energy is located on an area of ​​more than 28 acres, 7 acres Al-Madinah Town established on more than 28 acres of land, Gulshan Nureen, established on an area of ​​more than 28 acres are included.

Meanwhile, in this regard, the LDA has also decided to initiate demolition proceedings in the said societies and projects, and taking action against the canceled projects, demolition proceedings will also be initiated there.
