Islamabad: NAB gave a clean chit to former Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif in the Tosha Khana vehicle reference.
NAB has submitted a report to the accountability court in which it has been said that the court has the authority to acquit Nawaz Sharif from the case.
According to the submitted report, the Supreme Court directed the reference related to the fake bank account, Nawaz Sharif did not pay the amount of the car from the fake bank account.
According to the report, the car was surrendered to Tosha Khana in 1997, while in 2008, when Nawaz Sharif bought the car, it was not owned by Tosha Khana.
