Lahore: Chowki Haluki police took action and arrested the accused accused of trying to rape a 5-year-old child.
SP Model Town Lahore Ahmed Zanir Cheema said that the 5-year-old child had gone out to get something from his house but the accused misled him and took it home while the accused escaped from the spot when the child made noise.
The police said that the accused was traced using modern technology and arrested. The arrested accused, Amir Hamza, is a resident of Kasur district and used to work in a house located in a private society in Lahore.
SP Model Town said that a case has been registered against the accused and handed over to Gender Cell.
Ahmad Zanir Cheema said that those who exploit children and women do not deserve any concession.
