Karachi: President Asif Ali Zardari approved the appointment of 6 additional judges of the Sindh High Court as permanent judges of the High Court and a formal notification was also issued.
According to the notification issued by the Ministry of Law regarding the permanency of judges of Sindh High Court, the President of Pakistan has issued orders to make 6 additional judges of Sindh High Court permanent.
According to the notification, Justice Amjad Ali Boyo, Justice Sana Akram Minhas, Justice Jawad Akbar Sarwana, Justice Mohammad Abdul Rehman, Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro and Justice Arbab Ali Hekdro are among those who have been made permanent.
The permanent judges of the Sindh High Court will take oath of office on April 13 and the swearing-in ceremony will be held at the Sindh High Court.
Chief Justice Sindh High Court Justice Aqeel Ahmad Abbasi will administer the oath to all the judges on permanent basis.
