Islamabad: Taking into account the situation where the number of citizens has reached more than the capacity at Daman Koh, the entertainment place of the capital, it has been decided to temporarily close the roads leading to Daman Koh.
According to Express News, on the third day of Eid, citizens turned to the entertainment places of Islamabad, citizens camped in Lake View Park, Faisal Masjid, Shakar Padian and Daman Koh.
There has been an immense rush of citizens at various entertainment places, taking into account the situation where the number of citizens has reached more than the capacity at Daman Koh, it has been decided to temporarily close the roads leading to Daman Koh.
DC Islamabad Irfan Memon has said that the district administration temporarily closed the entry due to the increase in the number of tourists, as soon as the rush subsides, more citizens will be allowed to enter.
According to DC Islamabad, district administration officers are on duty at all recreational places, special duties of assistant commissioners and magistrates have been assigned at all rush-hour places, due to Eid holidays, a large number of citizens from other cities are also visiting Islamabad. Abad has reached, various help counters have also been set up for the convenience of citizens at recreational spots.
According to Irfan Memon, due to the increase in traffic in the city, traffic pressure may increase on various highways. Additional personnel of Islamabad Traffic Police are present on all highways.
