Peshawar: Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Haji Ghulam Ali has said that Eid-ul-Fitr is a day to share happiness and end hatred.
Eid Al-Fitr prayer was held at Governor House Peshawar, in which a large number of citizens including Governor KP Haji Ghulam Ali, government officials and other important personalities participated.
After the Eid prayer, special prayers were offered for the country’s security, prosperity, national unity, elevation of martyrs and unity of the Muslim Ummah. Later, Governor Pakhtunkhwa mingled with the worshipers and congratulated them on Eid.
In his message on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, the Governor of Pakhtunkhwa Haji Ghulam Ali said that I congratulate the entire Pakistani nation on Eid. He said that Eid-ul-Fitr is a great festival of collective happiness of the Muslim Ummah all over the world. Let the people of the whole country come together to share happiness and end hatred. Peace and prosperity is possible only by sharing happiness and love.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur offered Eid prayers in his native district DI Khan. On this occasion, special prayers were offered for national security and prosperity, national unity and unity of the Muslim Ummah.
The Chief Minister of Punjab said in his message that the entire nation, especially the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, have a very happy Eid-ul-Fitr. The festival of Eid al-Fitr is a great gift from Allah to Muslims.
He said that Eid al-Fitr is a manifestation of the unity and unity of the Islamic nation. Today, as a nation and nation, we are in dire need of collectiveness and unity. I offer my special greetings on Eid-ul-Fitr to the security personnel assigned to protect the country’s borders.
It should be noted that large gatherings of Eid-ul-Fitr prayers were held in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province including Peshawar. Strict security arrangements were made on this occasion.
