Peshawar: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has contacted the Punjab government and expressed its concern regarding the health of Bushra Bibi, the wife of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Minister has written a letter to Chief Secretary Punjab regarding the health of Bushra Bibi, in which concerns have been expressed about the health of former Prime Minister Imran’s wife Bushra Bibi.
The letter states that it is concerned about the news circulating in the media about the poisoning of Bushra Bibi. In the letter requesting the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government to conduct a medical examination of Bushra Bibi, it has been said that a panel consisting of doctors from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will conduct a detailed examination of Bushra Bibi.
The letter further stated that the supply of poisoned food would be confirmed or denied after the inspection.
In the letter from the Minister of Health, it is further stated that access to medical examination and health services is a fundamental constitutional right of every human being and an affirmative response to this letter is expected from the Punjab government.
