Officials of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Immigration arrested 2 passengers and 4 agents who were going abroad on fake travel documents from Karachi Airport.
The spokesperson of FIA said that the staff deployed at Jinnah Terminal tried to go abroad on fake travel documents and arrested 2 passengers during the operation and 4 agents were also arrested from the airport premises after identifying them. .
The spokesman said that the arrested suspects Zainul Abedin and Ali Raza were going to Spain and their passports had fake Schengen visas, Ali Raza’s passport also had a fake UK visa and fake immigration stamps on his passport. Also attached.
He said that according to the initial investigation, the accused had obtained the said visas from the agents for 25 lakhs of rupees. On the identification of the accused, 4 agents were also arrested from the airport premises, including Sabir Iqbal, Muhammad Saqib, Muhammad Ajmal. And Muhammad Waqas included.
The spokesperson of FIA said that the arrested accused have been transferred to Anti-Human Trafficking Circle Karachi for further legal action.
