Karachi: A fire broke out in the OPD of Dow University Hospital Ojha campus, fire brigade vehicles reached the spot and extinguished the fire, no casualty was reported as a result of the accident.
According to the details, a fire broke out in OPD Block Ojha Campus of Karachi Dow University Hospital. Police, Rangers and Fire Brigade reached the spot as soon as the fire was reported, while four fire brigade vehicles extinguished the fire while carrying out rescue operations.
A fire broke out in a garbage dump near Karachi University, which first engulfed dry palm trees and then affected the premises of the hospital’s OPD section, but no casualties were reported, a spokesman for Dow University said.
A spokesperson for the university said that the financial loss will be estimated later.
