NAB Karachi and Islamabad authorities arrested their own officer on the charge of corruption by taking joint action.
According to NAB sources, the deputy director of NAB was arrested for the crime of taking bribe from the accused involved in corruption, NAB obtained a one-day transit remand to transfer the arrested officer to Islamabad.
According to the sources, the NAB officer is accused of taking bribe in the form of cheques, the NAB officer had also cashed several checks, the arrested Deputy Director NAB Imran Shaikh will be transferred to Islamabad tomorrow.
