The rule of robberies on Karachi;  6 civilians injured in resistance, 7 robbers arrested in encounters

Karachi: In the city of Quaid, open incidents of robberies and shootings on citizens are not stopping. In recent incidents, robbers shot and injured 4 citizens for resisting. Apart from this, 5 bandits were arrested in injured condition in police encounters.

According to the police, 4 civilians were injured when they resisted robbery near Isa Nagri and water pump. Near Isa Nagri Bakra Pedi, 2 armed suspects tried to rob the citizens and opened fire on resistance and injured them.

The injured have been identified as Farhan and Shoaib. The armed suspects have robbed the two citizens of cash or mobile phones and escaped while the condition of both the injured is out of danger.

Near the water pump, the armed accused tried to rob the young men and injured both of them on resistance. When Azim Amla resisted the armed accused, the accused injured both the persons. The accused ran away after robbing the citizens.

Meanwhile, 35-year-old Umar Rehman was shot and injured by motorcycle-riding bandits near No. 5 in Orangi Town, Pune, while resisting during the robbery, while 43-year-old Muhammad was shot dead in Malir Kala Board Block B of Saudabad area. A person named Nasir was injured. The rescue officials say that the incident happened during the robbery.

On the other hand, 5 dacoits were injured in encounters between police and street criminals in different areas of the city.

According to the police, in Baghdadi (Lyari) area, the armed suspects were busy trying to rob the citizens, when the police reached the spot and tried to arrest the accused, the armed suspects Shahjahan and Murad opened fire on the police, after which they retaliated. As a result of the shooting, both the accused were arrested. Weapons and a motorcycle have been recovered from the possession of the accused.

In the areas of New Karachi Industrial Area and Gulberg, the police also arrested 3 dacoits in injured condition, from whose possession weapons, mobile phones and motorcycles were recovered.

Meanwhile, the Rangers flagged down a suspected motorcyclist while checking near Simmons Chowrangi in the site area. The accused increased the speed instead of stopping the bike. After the chase, the Rangers arrested the 2 accused Safdar and Ibrahim and recovered the weapons. According to the Rangers, the accused are involved in robbery and extortion. The Rangers handed over the accused to the police for investigation.
