In Islamabad, the police has started a crackdown against vehicles with fancy number plates and black glasses.
According to the details, the police in Islamabad took legal action against 1332 vehicles with fancy number plates and black glasses during the last 24 hours and issued challans on them.
The spokesperson of Islamabad Police said that the use of fancy number plates and black glasses is completely banned in the capital. Police officers have also been instructed not to use dark glasses.
The spokesperson said that special gates have been set up by the Islamabad Capital Police, where the action is being taken during the checking.
The Islamabad Police spokesperson appealed to the citizens to report any illegal activity on Pikaar 15 or ICT 15 app.
