Islamabad: The Election Commission has banned appointments and transfers in the respective districts before the by-elections.
The Election Commission has issued a notice regarding the ban on appointments and transfers, in which it has been said that the Election Commission has banned transfers and postings in the respective districts until the by-elections are held.
According to the notification, no government official or elected representative shall announce any development plan until the by-elections. There will be a ban on transfer and posting and announcement of development schemes till April 21.
