Islamabad: Election Commission has released the polling schedule for 48 seats of the Senate.
According to Express News, polling for 48 Senate seats will be held on April 2, 2024. In this regard, the Returning Officers will issue a public notice today, after which the nomination papers will be collected on March 15-16.

According to the Election Commission, the nomination papers of the candidates will be scrutinized by March 19. Appeals against the decisions of the returning officers can be filed till March 21 and then the appellate tribunals will dispose of the appeals till March 25, after which the revised list will be issued on March 26 and candidates will be able to withdraw their papers on March 27.

Voting for 48 Senate seats will be held in Parliament House and four provincial assemblies.
