Lahore: A young man with Canadian citizenship was killed in Navankot area.
The police have detained five persons, including wife Qunaut, mother-in-law Rabia, on the charge of Ali Raza’s murder.
The murder of Ali Raza took place on the night of March 3. A murder case was registered in Nawan Kot Police Station on the complaint of the victim’s father.
The plaintiff alleges that the daughter-in-law Qunut wanted to marry someone else, the son was summoned from Canada as part of the plan and killed.
According to the police, investigation is going on with the detained accused, after which the final facts will be revealed, Ali Raza died due to bullet injury.
On the day of the incident, the closed circuit footage of the movement near the accident site has also come to light.
