Karachi: Sardar Sarfraz, Chief Meteorologist of the Meteorological Department, has said that there is no possibility of unusual weather and heavy rain in Karachi as a result of the western system that entered Sindh from Balochistan on March 9.
While talking to Express News, he said that there is no possibility of heavy rains in Karachi due to the western system that entered the country through Balochistan on March 9. It is expected to remain cloudy.
According to Sardar Sarfraz, between Sunday and Monday night, there may be rain and drizzle in Karachi, the western chain from Balochistan will move towards Upper Sindh, light rain is expected in some districts of rural Sindh including Dadu and Nawabshah. The lowest temperature was recorded at 16 degrees Celsius with an increase of 1.5 degrees compared to the previous day.
According to the Early Warning Center, during the next 3 days in Karachi, winds are likely to blow from the north-east of Balochistan and south-west from the sea, during which the minimum mercury may exceed 19 degrees and the maximum temperature may exceed 32 degrees.
