Peshawar: The 15-member Cabinet of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa took oath while the Chief Minister also issued a notification for the appointment of four Special Assistants.
According to the details, the swearing-in ceremony was held at the Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa House, where Haji Ghulam Ali took oath from the fifteen-member cabinet.
IG Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Chief Secretary and others participated in the ceremony.
Arshad Ayub Khan, Shakeel Ahmed, Fazal Hakeem, Muhammad Adnan Qadri, Aqibullah Khan, Muhammad Sajjad, Meena Khan, Fazl Shakur, Nazir Ahmad Abbasi, Pakhtun Yar Khan, Aftab Alam, Khaliqur Rahman, Syed Qasim Ali Shah, Faisal Tarkai, Zahir Shah are included while the chief minister’s advisers will be Syed Fakhar Jahan, Muzamal Islam Barrister Mohammad Ali Safi, Mashal Azam and Zahid Chandzeb.
In the first phase, the total number of cabinet members has been fixed at twenty. According to the sources, the portfolios will be handed over to the ministers and advisers in a couple of days.
Notification of appointment of Special Assistants released
Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has issued a notification for the appointment of 4 special assistants, according to which Khalid Latif Khan, Abdul Karim Khan, Liaquat Ali Khan and Dr. Ramjad Ali are included.
