Arkansas: You have read about countless benefits of exercise on these same pages. Now science has come to know that with regular exercise, our cells give the exact same reaction that occurs in young cells.

In a report published in the research journal Physiology, University of Arkansas Health Department’s Kevin Meurice and his colleagues have shown that regular exercise causes muscles to release the molecular profile that is the same as young cells. appears from

That is, if exercise is done even in middle age, the molecular expression of muscle cells becomes exactly the same as that found in the cells of young people. Although more research is needed, there is preliminary evidence that this may help aging muscles or organs to retain their youthful appearance for longer.

In this experiment, rats that were nearing the end of their lives were put through physical activity in a wheel-like exercise machine. In this study, the experts also looked at Yamanaka factors (factors), which are expressions of proteins that stimulate the formation of stem cells and that also explain the rejuvenation of organs.

The Yamanaka factor consists of four different protein transcription factors, including Oct3/4, Sox2, Klf4 and c-Myc. They are also abbreviated as OKSM. They can reverse certain cells (such as skin cells) and turn them back into stem cells or stem cells. Above all, they also help in keeping the organs and cells young.

All four factors increased in muscle or organ cells when elderly mice exercised. That is, it is like an aging building and its bricks start to be made new. Thus sooner or later the entire building or a part of it may be new.

Although this research was conducted on mice, it may take some time to apply it to humans, but other extraordinary benefits of exercise are in place.
