In Karachi, the wife killed her husband and threw the body in a garbage pit.
According to the station investigation officer of PIB police station, his wife Arzu and father-in-law Naeem, involved in the murder of Faizan, have been arrested and the instrument of murder (knife) has been recovered. The deceased was a resident of Garden and worked as a welder. The police registered a case against the victim’s father.
In the initial investigation, the accused told the police that the deceased Faizan was sedated by his wife by giving sleeping pills in Lassi, after which the accused and her father killed Faizan with knives. After the murder, the dead body was wrapped in a blanket and taken to the old vegetable market on a motorcycle and dumped in the garbage dump.
Police say that Faizan and Arzo got married a year and a half ago. The accused says that Faizan used to beat her, so she planned to kill her husband along with her father. Further investigation is going on with the arrested accused.
