Lahore: The names of Ahmed Mehmood, Qamar Zaman Kaira and Nadeem Afzal Chan have come up for the governorship of Punjab and they are being considered.
According to Express News, the agreements between the PML-N and the People’s Party began to emerge under the power-sharing formula, the names of Makhdoom Ahmed Mahmood, Qamar-ul-Zaman Kaira and Nadeem Afzal Chan are being considered for the governorship of Punjab. The party leadership has started consultation on the name of Governor Punjab.
According to the sources, the leadership of the People’s Party will soon finalize the name of the governor of Punjab after the final consultation.
People’s Party will get the posts of Governor of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Nadeem Afzal Chan is also being considered in the consultation of the party leadership for the post of Governor.
