On the return of former MNA Nisar Paiwar and his son missing from Karachi, the Sindh High Court disposed of the petitions related to their recovery.
The Sindh High Court ordered the continuation of the provincial task force and JITs meeting on the requests related to the recovery of other citizens.
In front of a two-member bench headed by Justice Nimatullah Phalphoto, a hearing was held on the petitions related to the recovery of former National Assembly member Nisar Paiwar and his son Mohsin Paiwar and other citizens. Important progress has been made regarding the recovery of missing persons. 3 missing persons returned home, police submitted report in court.
The report said that Sultan and Zardar Khan recovered and returned home, Nawaz who went missing from Shireen Jinnah Colony area also returned home. SSP East and other investigating officers appeared in the court.
The lawyer of Nisar Pahoor and his son appeared in the court and said that both have returned home, the court has disposed of the petitions related to the recovery of both.
The court asked the SSP that who has taken the citizens? The petitioner said that the police mobiles and their numbers are clearly visible in the CCTV footage.
The court ordered to continue the process to recover the missing citizens. The court also ordered the continuation of the provincial task force and JITs meeting. The court adjourned the hearing for an indefinite period while seeking a report from the Interior Department and the Federal Interior Secretary.
