Islamabad: The process of indicting Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in the 190 million pounds case has been delayed once again.
The hearing on the 190 million pounds reference against founder chairman PTI Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi was adjourned till February 23 without taking any action as the new judge appointed in the accountability court, Nasir Javed Rana, has not yet taken charge. . Due to non-availability of the judge, the criminal proceedings were also delayed once again.
It should be noted that the new judge of the accountability court, Nasir Javed Rana, had to hold a hearing in Adiala jail today.
Due to the non-availability of Judge Muhammad Basheer in the last several hearings, the hearings were adjourned without any judicial proceedings, while a new judge was appointed yesterday due to the leave of Judge Muhammad Basheer, who heard the reference first, until his retirement.
