Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf-backed independent candidate Advocate Ali Ijaz Butar has challenged the notification of the victory of Abdul Aleem Khan of the Stability Pakistan Party from National Assembly Constituency NA-117 in the Islamabad High Court.
In the petition filed in the High Court, it has been requested that Form 47 issued on February 9 should be declared null and void and the notification of Aleem Khan’s success issued on February 15 should be suspended.
