The Islamabad High Court says that if the prime minister and ministers cannot answer the Baloch student recovery case, they should be removed from office.
In the Baloch student recovery case, caretaker Prime Minister Anwarul Haq Kakar did not appear for the second time despite being summoned by the court. Islamabad High Court Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani said in his remarks that the Prime Minister did not appear for the second time. Ask the caretaker prime minister. Attorney General Pakistan Mansoor Usman appeared in the court. Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani inquired that 12 missing students have not been recovered yet, to which the Attorney General replied that according to my information, 8 students have not been recovered.

Either state agencies are responsible for enforced disappearances or you should give details of criminal cases against these persons. These people ran away on their own or were kidnapped by a third party. In this case, there is a failure of the state institutions.
The Attorney General pleaded with the court that the new government will come and give them time to formulate a policy, upon which Justice Mohsin inquired that what would they say that there should be forced disappearances? Some institutions should not get the exemption they get.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiani said that the Deputy Commissioner Islamabad kept misusing the MPO orders. Now, after the court verdict, he is facing a contempt of court case.
