Peshawar: The Peshawar High Court approved the security guarantees of PTI’s nominated Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur and Senator Faisal Javed.
According to Express News, a hearing was held in Peshawar High Court on the bail application of Ali Amin Gandapur, an FIR has been registered against him in Ramna police station Islamabad. The petitioner’s lawyer said that an FIR has been registered against the petitioner in Islamabad.
Chief Justice Peshawar High Court asked if it is on bail in other FIRs. The lawyer replied that yes! Ali Amin is on bail in 26 cases. The court accepted the bail application of Ali Amin Gandapur and ordered him to deposit a bond of one lakh rupees.
Similarly, the Peshawar High Court also approved the transit bail of Senator Faisal Javed. Chief Justice High Court Ibrahim Khan has issued an order to Faisal Javed to deposit one lakh rupees.
Later talking to the media, Ali Amin said that if PTIP does not have P members, then they can be talked to, fake FIRs have been filed against us all over Pakistan, the legal team and the committee are in alliance with political parties. As per the rules of the Election Commission, affiliation with the political party will be seen. If the legal team is working at the center, it is not necessary to have an alliance with a major party.
He said that the head of PDM is saying that there is a conspiracy against Imran Khan, if the traditions are to be changed, the people involved in corruption must be punished. Do not think that they will not give the right to the province.
He said that the decision that Imran Khan will take will be accepted by all those who have run away from hardships and not in their place.
The names for the ministers for the provincial cabinet have been shortlisted and the decision will be taken by Imran Khan.
He said that those who are more loyal to the Shah than the Shah should reform themselves or get ready for punishment. Fake FIRs have been filed against us all over Pakistan. get their right on the seats for which the committee is working.
He said that the head of PDM himself is admitting that there was a conspiracy and we know who did the conspiracy. The people who confessed should be summoned to the Supreme Court and asked who are illegal in this system. Action should be taken against them.
He further said that after the departure of the old people, new leaders have come forward, such people who were with us for the sake of interest, we are happy about their departure, the names of the cabinet will also be finalized by Imran Khan.
