Islamabad: In the case of the recovery of missing Baloch students, the caretaker prime minister issued a summons order in the Islamabad High Court on February 19.
According to the written order, the Prime Minister of Pakistan and the Minister of Interior, the Minister of Human Rights and the Minister of Defense should appear tomorrow on February 19 at 10 am, while the secretaries of the relevant ministries should also appear in person.
Islamabad High Court Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani issued the written order of the previous hearing.
In the court order, it has been said that despite the assurance given by the Attorney General at the last hearing, the Baloch students were not rescued. The defense did not implement the court order, leaving no option but to summon the prime minister, ministers and secretaries and ask for an explanation.
According to the order, the Prime Minister, the Minister of Interior and Defense and the Secretary of Interior and Defense should appear in the court in their personal capacity and tell them why action should not be taken against them for not recovering the Baloch students sitting in the highest positions. Makes the Minister of Interior and Defense and both secretaries guilty of misconduct.
According to the written order, these officials are complicit in the crime against society where the citizens are being deprived of their right to life and liberty. If they are involved in terrorist act or any other crime, they should be produced in the concerned court.
It is written in the court order that the cases against those people should be registered in the relevant court and the decisions should be made according to the law.
