Unless there is an FIR, the Commissioner cannot arrest Rawalpindi, Pindi Police

Rawalpindi: The police have said that the resigned Commissioner Rawal Pindi Liaquat Chatta has not been arrested yet, without which the FRR cannot arrest him.

According to Express News, the statement of Pindi Police has come out regarding revelations and confessions of election rigging, Commissioner Rawal Pindi, in which they have given a statement not to arrest the Commissioner at present.

Spokesman Rawalpindi Police has said that Rawalpindi Police denies the news about the arrest of Commissioner Rawalpindi Liaquat Ali Chatta.

In this regard, SSP Operations Kamran Asghar has said that the resigned commissioner has not been arrested yet, unless there is a document, how can we arrest him?
