The Sindh High Court constituted a tribunal to hear the election petitions

Karachi: Tribunals were formed to hear election petitions in Sindh.

Regarding the cases of alleged rigging in the elections, the Chief Justice Sindh High Court Justice Aqeel Ahmad Abbasi has formed tribunals to hear the election petitions across the province, in this regard the Registrar Sindh High Court has issued a notification.

According to the notification, 2 benches have been constituted to hear the election petitions in Karachi Division. Bench One will consist of Justice Muhammad Karim Khan Agha and Bench Two Justice Adnan Iqbal Chaudhry.

Justice Muhammad Iqbal Kalhoro will hear election petitions in Sukkur Division and Justice Amjad Ali Sohto in Hyderabad Division. Election petitions of Larkana Division will be heard by Justice Muhammad Salim Jaiser.

In the notification issued by the Registrar Sindh High Court, it has been stated that the Provincial Election Commission had written a letter to form a tribunal to hear the election petitions in the province. The Election Tribunals will hear the alleged rigging in the elections.
