Peshawar: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has started reconsidering its affiliation with Jamaat-e-Islami in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to sources, PTI prevented independent candidates from joining KP Jamaat-e-Islami. The PTI candidate in K is likely to form the government as an independent.

PTI sources further say that Jamaat-e-Islami was of the opinion that it should be affiliated to the federation as well. The conditions of Jamaat-e-Islami were surprising. The party leadership will take the final decision after consulting the founding PTI.
