The Lahore High Court reserved its decision on the request to remove the name of journalist and V-logger Imran Riaz from PNIL.
Justice Shujaat Ali Khan of Lahore High Court heard the request of Imran Riaz to withdraw his name from PNIL and reserved the decision.
The Punjab government and FIA submitted a reply during the hearing in which FIA informed the court that the petitioner’s name has been removed from the PNIL list and requested that the petitioner’s plea be dismissed. .
Imran Riaz’s lawyer took the stand that his name is being included in the ECL. Court order to remove name from ECL.
