Karachi: In a shock to Tehreek-e-Insaf, the elected member of the Sindh Assembly joined the People’s Party.
Ijaz Swati, an independent candidate supported by Tehreek-e-Insaf from Malir PS-88, officially joined the People’s Party, after which the number of members in the Sindh Assembly of the People’s Party has increased to 86.
Azadar newly elected Member of Sindh Assembly Ijaz Swati said in a video statement that he is joining the PPP for the prosperity of the people, friends and development of the constituency. I hope that the PPP will really work for the prosperity of the constituency.
In the video statement, Ejaz Swati further said that I am joining the PPP unconditionally.
With the joining of Ejaz Swati in the PPP, the number of members of the PPP has increased to 86. Independent member Mumtaz Jakhrani has already joined the PPP.
