FIA to provide details of inquiry or complaint against Aleema Khan today, Islamabad High Court
Islamabad High Court restrained FIA from harassing Aleema Khan.
In the High Court, the case was heard against the FIA cybercrime and anti-terrorism wing notices issued to PTI founder’s sister Aleema Khanum.
Islamabad High Court restrained FIA from harassing Aleema Khan and ordered that if there is any complaint or inquiry in FIA, its report should be provided to Aleema Khan, also any disciplinary action against FIA Aleema Khan. Don’t do it.
The lawyer said that the FIA does not have any material with which cybercrime has been committed.
The Chief Justice said that FIA should provide the details of the inquiry or complaint against Aleema Khan today, if you get the report copy, you should submit your reply to FIA, meanwhile FIA should not harass Aleema Khan. .
The court adjourned the hearing of the case.
