Lahore: Amir Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Sirajul Haque has said that the Election Commission has completely failed to fulfill its constitutional responsibility of conducting transparent elections, the Election Commission has supported PML-N, PP and MQM.
Addressing the central leadership meeting in Mansurah, Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Sirajul Haque said that there was no level playing field for everyone in the election, it was an abuse of the people and the voters, which cannot be condemned as much.
He said that the government that will be formed as a result of the fake election will also be fake, international institutions and media have also raised questions on the election, these elections will create more instability, polarization has increased.
Amir Jamaat called the election results fake and rigged and demanded the immediate resignation of the Chief Election Commissioner and the formation of an independent and impartial commission for investigation.
He said that the mandate of Jamaat-e-Islami was stolen in Karachi, according to all independent surveys, there was competition between candidates supported by Jamaat-e-Islami and PTI in the city of Karachi, MQM was not present anywhere but robbing the right of the people. It was won.
Siraj-ul-Haq said that the results were being received from distant areas including Balochistan, but the results of the country’s commercial aorta and the most important city were falsified and the party in fourth and fifth place was pushed to the first place. People will not accept this forgery, Jamaat-e-Islami is strongly protesting against it.
He further said that if the Election Commission does not correct the results, they can extend the protest to its head office in Islamabad.
