Commonwealth observers visit polling stations, expressing satisfaction with election process

Islamabad: The Commonwealth Observers Group visited various polling stations in the federal capital and expressed satisfaction over the election process.

Various observers and journalists from abroad, invited by the Election Commission to review the polling process in connection with the ongoing general elections across the country, have started to review the voting situation.

A 25-member delegation of Commonwealth Observers visited various polling stations of National Assembly Constituency NA-47, Islamabad, with the objective of monitoring the election process. Meanwhile, the Commonwealth Observers delegation has expressed satisfaction over the elections, declaring the polling process to be transparent.

Meanwhile, a delegation of Commonwealth Observers headed by Madhavan Mohammad visited Gujjar Khan and inspected the RO office of NA 52 and PP 8. The delegation also reviewed the polling process at MC Boys Higher Secondary School and met the Returning Officer. Later the delegation left.
