12-year-old Abdul Rahman son of Abdul Ghafoor, who was seriously injured in the firing during the clash between the workers of 2 political parties in Sector 11 J on Friday night, died on Monday afternoon during treatment at Jinnah Hospital after being in a struggle for life and death for 4 days. After legal proceedings, the police handed over the body of the deceased child to the heirs.

12-year-old Abdul Rahman son of Abdul Ghafoor, 16-year-old Abdul Rahman son of Ismail and 40-year-old Sharif were injured in the firing.
The police had registered a 24/75 case of the incident under other provisions including anti-terrorism and attempted murder in the complaint of PPP worker Muhammad Yusuf. In the case, 2 accused were nominated and 15 to 20 circumstantial accused were nominated.
