Rains continued throughout Punjab, including Lahore, the intensity of the cold weather increased

Lahore: Light and heavy rains are continuing across Punjab, including the provincial capital, due to which the severity of the weather has increased.

Due to heavy and light rains in different districts, the cold increased and air pollution also decreased due to the series of rains. The authorities have also issued an alert for more rains.

Last night, intermittent rain continued in different areas. A minimum temperature of 10 degrees Celsius was recorded during this time. Due to the rain, the fog has been removed and air pollution has reduced significantly, with an Air Quality Index of 265 being recorded.

The local administration has issued instructions to keep all necessary machinery and personnel ready for drainage in anticipation of further rains in the city. The Meteorological Department has predicted that more rain is likely in the next 24 hours.
