Karachi: Convener of Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui said that even before MQM, the People’s Party did not win in the cities of Sindh, yet we cooperated with them many times in the past, but every time we were disappointed, because of our support. If the Prime Minister cannot come from Sindh, how will you come to ask for our votes?
During a press conference at MQM Pakistan Central Election Office Pakistan House, he said that this party has been planning to take over the 35-year mandate of MQM for 5 years, now the People’s Party is afraid of taking away its mandate.
He said that Karachi is now going to turn around and strike through votes. Attacks on 3 offices of MQM is an exaggeration to call it a clash, all three attacks were carried out by this party which has no mandate in the urban areas of Sindh.
Khalid Maqbool said that now I don’t want to have any expectations from the caretaker chief minister, we thought that if they were caretakers, they would supervise and do justice, but everything is the opposite. Failed under the ban, the current caretaker government and the chief minister say that there are as many unworthy children here.
He said that the result of Karachi will affect the whole of Pakistan, beware if anyone tries to steal mandate money and threats of bullying.
