Karachi: Sister sends brother to jail for getting government job on fake documents.
The anti-corruption court in Karachi pronounced the verdict in the case of obtaining government jobs on the basis of fake documents. The anti-corruption court sentenced the accused to 3 years in prison after being found guilty of recruiting a police officer on fake credentials.
The prosecution succeeded in proving the crime. The court sentenced the accused police officer Khuda Baksh to 3 years imprisonment and a fine of Rs. The court ordered to arrest the criminal and send him to jail.
According to the prosecution, the accused Khuda Bakhsh was recruited in East Karachi police district on a fake matriculation certificate. Accused submitted fake matriculation certificate for government job whereas accused Khuda Bakhsh is 8th pass.
A complaint was lodged against the accused by his sister in the anti-corruption department.
