Karachi: In the Gulshan Iqbal area of Shahr Quaid, robbers killed a young man on resistance during the robbery of a mobile phone.
According to the details, a young man was shot dead by an armed dacoit on resistance during the incident of snatching a mobile phone near Azim Gabol Park in Gulshan Iqbal Quaid-e-Azam Colony located in Hudud of the alleged town police station after Shahr Quaid. The accomplice was also injured and was taken to Civil Hospital.
According to the eyewitnesses, three dacoits came on a motorcycle and tried to snatch the mobile phone from the young man, after which the young man caught one of the dacoits, the other accused opened fire, as a result of which he was injured, but he could not be treated in the hospital. .
The deceased has been identified as 18-year-old Kamran, who hails from Rajanpur and was working as a driver in a company in Karachi.
With the help of CCTV footage, the police arrested the dacoit who was injured by the shooting of his partner in an injured condition from the Civil Hospital. The injured robber has been identified as 28-year-old Kashif son of Arif. According to police officials, raids are being conducted in search of the escaped dacoits who will be arrested soon.
In 29 days of this year in Karachi, 9 people have been killed by robberies.
