Karachi: The Sindh High Court has issued notices to the parties on the contempt petition against non-implementation of the court orders to re-admit the suspended students of Dawood Engineering.
In the High Court, a hearing was held on the contempt petition against the non-implementation of the court orders to re-admit the suspended students of Dawood Engineering.
The petitioner’s lawyer Usman Farooq advocate stated that Vice Chancellor Samreen Hussain has violated the court orders. Samreen Hussain and other parties were bound by the court to re-admit the students. The university administration had also re-admitted Aamir Ali Gahu, who had been suspended repeatedly. On the other hand, Muhammad Haseeb was not re-admitted despite court orders. A student’s career can be destroyed due to the stubbornness of the university administration.
