Karachi: On the demand of businessmen, the Sindh government has established an important committee to provide full protection to investors and to eliminate the difficulties encountered in investment.
According to the notification, the approval of the committee was given in the Sindh cabinet meeting held yesterday and its chairman will be the provincial minister for industries and commerce, the additional chief secretary, the secretary of the local government committee, the secretaries of the energy department, labor, investment, industries and MD site members will join.
In order to solve the problems of the investors on behalf of Sindh government, this committee includes MD Sindh Small Industries, President FPCCI, President Karachi Chamber of Commerce, Dr. Muhammad Tufail, Akbar Zaidi of IBA and Karachi Regional. Trade organizations Kati, Site, Fabati, Lati, Bin Qasim and Nooriabad Associations will also be members.
According to the notification, business organizations of Kothari, Hyderabad, Larkana and Sukkur have also been made part of the committee and the meeting of this committee will be held every three months.
